I frequently receive emails from subscribers seeking answers to a range of questions many that I personally don’t know the answer to but always I will try to assist.
So how do I find the answers?

Every well known computer application such as Excel, Word and Access has a forum where users of the product come together to ask questions and have other people answer their questions on how to get certain tasks done.
Forums are great because there are plenty of experts willing to assist and help you work through and discuss the intricacies of the software.
They can also be great meeting points to exchange ideas with others on using the application to get the most out of it.
Usually all application forums are free to join.
Many companies build forums to help them solve issues and understand their consumers better.
No matter what level of user you are, you can find answers as well as ask questions.
